Samsung as recently announced a trio of mid-range Samsung devices targeted at the Chinese market, the recently leaked Galaxy Win has been confirmed. – The latter is accompanied by two other mid-rangers namely the Galaxy Trend II & Galaxy Trend II.
The Galaxy Win spec sheet is pretty much the same as the one we obtained yesterday but we now know for sure that it’ll pack a 4.7-inch display with a pixel density of 199ppi, a 5MP camera that shoots D1 video, a 3MP front-facing camera and a quad-core SoC featuring four Cortex-A7-based processors. Samsung will however produce two variants (I869 and I8558) for different carriers.
The Galaxy Trend II/Trend II Duos on the other side are Android 4.1.2-powered gadgets targeted at the youth, being more or less based off the Galaxy S Duos. The Galaxy Trend II (I739) and Trend Duos II (S7572) both come with Android 4.1.2 out of the box, a dual-core 1.2GHz chip & a D1-capable 3MP camera. They are powered by a relatively low capacity 1,500mAh battery but that should be enough for the average user. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0 The only downside is probably the lack of any GPS support.
All those devices come with ChatON, Sina Weibo, QQ and China Telecom value-added services.
