I am usually cautious when it comes to writing articles based on drawings like the one you see above because it’s usually a concept design or hoax. This weekend such a drawing begun circulating in the online media claiming to show an alleged LG Nexus 5 smartphone.
We incline to believe that this is just a drawing and nothing more. With a little bit of Photoshop skills, this image is really easy to draw, insert some logos into it and add that mirror effect to all objects. This news comes from AndroidandMe who apparently received this image along with specs information from an anonymous source who claims that works for Google. Sounds like a trusted source, doesn’t it. Needless to say that I am making a sarcastic observation.
In terms of specs the same source claims the alleged Nexus 5 feature a 5.2 inch Full HD OLED display, the phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz, 3GB of RAM, 16/32/64 optional internal storage, 3300 mAh battery and a 16MP rear-facing camera with 4K recording at 30 fps or 1080p at 60 fps (this really sounds to good to be true).
Feel free to comment on these almost unearthly smartphone specifications.
