The upgrade is available in Asia (Hong Kong, Taiwan) and in Europe (Germany) these are the only countries which are confirmed for now. Available through Kies

LG announced Optimus F series:

At the MWC 2013 in Barcelona, LG is to introduce its new F-series. LG is expanding its “solid LTE presence” with the Optimus F5 and the Optimus F7, both being designed to bring a “premium user experience and the speed of G LTE to a mass audience.” Ofcourse, this is dependent of your country’s providers, but thephones are ready. LG is planning to take a large share of the G LTE market. Huawei unveiled the Ascend P2 at MWC:

Right at the beginning of the Mobile World Congress 2013, Huawei took the chance to unveil a newsmartphone: the Huawei Ascend P2. It features a 4,7-inch 720p HD display, 1,5GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB storage, 13MP camera, a 2420mAh battery and Android 4.1 Jellybean skinned with Huawei’s proprietary Emotion UI. One interesting thing is that it includes the much-touted world’s fastest LTE chip, promising speeds of 150Mbps. Comes at a decent price
