The HTC DROID DNA has been updated with a lot of bug fixes and audio improvements. It doesn’t bring Android 4.2, 4.2.1 or even 4.2.2 which started rolling out to devices today, so user will still have Android 4.1 JellyBean. As always, Verizon confirmed the update on their official support page. The build is the 2.04.605.2 version, and will roll out to devices in 2-4 days. The update has a size of 100mb, so you want to download over WiFi.
As for the bug fixes, Verizon says they’ve fixed hotspot connectivity improvements, bluetooth, WiFi and improved zoom in the browser. They also mention new features for HuluPlus, and the recent apps functionality has improved too.
But before getting into upgrading your device know this. If your phone is rooted you will surely lose admin access and the bad part is that there is no root method, at least not yet.
