Huawei’s 5 inch Full HD flagship Ascend D2 announced at CES 2013



Huawei is one of the new comers in the 5 inch mobile segment this year and they are doing it big launching today at CES 2013 a Full HD Android device with a quad-core 1.5GHz K3V2 processor, 2GB of RAM which they claim is the world’s fastest smartphone and a sleek metal frame.

In addition Huawei Ascend D2 runs on Android 4.1 JellyBean, comes with 13MP camera on the back (1080p video recording, A/F, HDR), 1.3MP in front, 3000 mAh battery, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, micro USB, GPS and 32GB of built-in storage (plus a micro SD card slot).

Measuring 9.4 mm in thickness at its 170 grams, Ascend D2 is water and dust resistant as well as scratch resistant thanks to Corning Gorilla Glass.
