Today the online media was struck by a rumor which could possibly hint to a new Motorola Droid RAZR M device, this time a HD variant with a larger screen, extra battery capacity and JellyBean in tow. Sounds good for you? Well wait till you hear the rest of the specs.
According to rumors Motorola Droid RAZR HD would sport a 4.5 inch HD display (original model has a 4.3 inch screen) with 1280x720p screen resolution at 326 ppi. In terms of processing power RAZR M HD will get the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8960 chipset clocked at 1.5GHz (dual-core) with 1GB of RAM, Adreno 225 GPU, 16GB built-in storage and a microSD card slot for up to 32GB, it boasts a 3,300 mAh battery and runs Android 4.1 JellyBean operating system.
A lot of new Android devices will be shown off in Las Vegas in the second week of 2013, Motorola might come with a few surprises which could include the RAZR M HD.
