It’s like we’ve had never enough of Nexus rumors, they spread like butter on a frying pan in the rumor mill. We got a tip last week that Google may unveil a 10 inch tablet on October 29th, and just before that we heard that it might just announce a 3G version of the Nexus 7 tablet. Now we got a report that makes that rumors more probable.
The Nexus 10 tablet should be Samsung-made, and is now known by its codename Manta. It should sport a high-resolution display of 2560×1600 pixels, and a dual-core Samsung Exynos processor based on the Cortex A15 architecture. The device should launch with Android 4.2, as the rumors suggest.
Next comes the Android 4.2 rumor. It’s rumored that it will bring an updated notifications tray with power toggles, like we have on many custom ROMs and even on custom OEM user-interfaces, like TouchWiz and Sense. It’s also said that there will be improvements to the camera panorama mode, and the Google Play store should receive a new widget.
The latest rumors also confirm the already known specs of the upcoming Google Nexus 4, so nothing new in that department.
