Asus begins selling the 16GB Nexus 7 tablet in Russia for 10,000 rubles ($320)


The Nexus 7 tablet introduced at Google I/O 2012 back in July is making its way through official channels in countries where Asus hasn’t reached yet. Russians have been waiting for 7 inch quad-core tablet for a while now. Today Asus has begin selling the Nexus 7 tablet in Russia for 10,000 rubles, that’s about $320 USD.

The tablet is available in the country through a chain of retail stores, customers will receive their warranty directly from the manufacturer – Asus, Google has nothing to do with the marketing of the Nexus 7 in Russia, according to RIA [RU].
