Samsung releases the Jellybean kernel sources for the Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE. Here’s what we were talking about:
Samsung has taken another step forward by releasing their Jelly Bean kernel sources for the European 4G variant of their popular Galaxy SIII while fans are certainly awaiting their Jelly Bean which is just days from being available over the air (OTA). This only leads us to speculate that their Jelly Bean update is near its final status or maybe even fully attained its desired quality assurance level. Samsung fans especially those from XDA developers will sure rejoice themselves by having a fresh Kernel Source for developing custom roms, once again that proves Samsung’s commitment to the developer community. LG officially introduced the LG Optimus G. Here are some of our impressions:
LG is to launch a new flagship, the Optimus G. The most important is what LG calls ‘a unique User Experience (UX), made possible by the powerful hardware. LG states in bold words, as Cook did last week, that UX will enable Optimus G users “live without boundaries”.
What exactly is this powerful hardware? In short: Qualcomm SnapdragonS4 Pro processor with 1.5 GHz Quad-Core Krait CPUs and LTE, 4.7 inch WXGA display with True HD IPS-Plus (1280×768 pixels, only a 3mm bezel), 32GB memory, 2GB RAM, 13 MP rear-camera with a couple of smart and fun features) and a 2100mAh battery. Google released factory Jellybean images for the Nexus S and Nexus S 4G. Here’s a paragraph from the article:
The predecessor to the Galaxy Nexus is once again being given the Jelly Bean treatment this time in the form of factory restoration images. Google has released images for both the Nexus S & Nexus S 4G. The global variant known ‘soyu’ will be embracing the JRO03L build while the 4G specific version dubbed ‘sojus’ will have the JRO03R build version. Get them now!
