We are familiar with the international Samsung Galaxy Note 2, but we are also waiting to see its US variants. Thankfully, our sources are always here for us to do their job and the latest news is: some screenshots of the AT&T variant have just surfaced. The device will carry the name SGH-I317 and should be identical with the original Galaxy Note 2, save for the 4G LTE connectivity.
The screenshots speak for themselves, but lets just cover the basics. The phablet will feature the same 5.5 inch HD screen with the resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, it will boast the same quad-core Exynos processor and the OS of choice is also Android 4.1.1 Jellybean. The AT&T variant will feature the S-Cloud functionality. Now, here we present the interesting stuff:
As you can see for yourself, this killer has scored a score of 5912 points on Quadrant benchmark and overtook the HTC One X by a large margin. Things become even more interesting when we see the AnTuTu Benchmark results. It has scored an astonishing score of 13551, which is also above the current flagship, the Galaxy S3. No matter what anybody says, this device is designed to stay on top of the food chain.
Release date for the AT&T Galaxy Note 2 is probably the only thing we are not familiar of, but our source tells it will come very soon. Another interesting fact says that there will also be variants for Sprint, T-Mobile and Bell Canada. Probably, they will all boast the same specs and will come packed in the same shell, but it won’t be long before we will discover everything.
