Official Samsung GALAXY Tab 2 7.0 & GALAXY Note 10.1 Android 4.1.1 Indian OTA test firmware builds leak out

We are expecting Samsung Electronics to begin rolling out Android 4.1 Jelly Bean software update to all of its 2012 GALAXY range of products by the end of 2012 and a first clue indicating towards a coming soon firmware upgrade is the leak below.


SamMobile got into possession of two very first Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean TEST OTA (over the air) firmware builds for the Samsung GALAXY Tab 2 7.0 (model number GT-P3100) and for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (GT-N8000). Both leaked firmware originate from India and they require a specific base firmware on which they can be flashed upon and are flashed through the stock Samsung Recovery.
