Back in July we’ve heard rumors about HTC’s intention to launch a new tablet that should follow in the footsteps of HTC Flyer. These words apparently came out from a HTC spokesperson back then, who also said that it will offer something unique which will be the selling point.
To top that a mysterious HTC 6435 device popped up on GLBenchmark site showing off an impressive Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 PRO processor clocked at 1.7GHz frequency, Adreno 320 GPU (the same chipset we’ve recently seen on newly announced LG Optimus G) and packing a nearly Full HD screen with 1800×1080 pixels resolution. All these are beastly hardware specs could easily make some damage in the benchmark tests if equipped on any device.
Today several snapshots displaying a 10.1 HTC tablet were shared on Twitter by @evleaks a rogue account that’s been sharing material (images) of purported upcoming mobile devices.
I guess at IFA 2012 trade show HTC will unveil this mystery tablet, and we are hours away from the opening ceremony.
