1.64Ghz overclocked Google Nexus 7 tablet wrecks all benchmark charts

Recently Google Nexus 7 received a custom kernel build called the Trinity Seven project which allows users to overclock the quad-core tablet processor for up to an amazing 1.64GHz. The benchmark test results recorded using this custom kernel build pretty much wrecked everything in terms of hardware performance.

Our friends at Android Community have tested this new kernel on a Nexus 7 unit, obtaining an absolutely incredible  7,130 Quadrant score which is about %25 higher then HTC One X score.

If you want to go ahead an try the new kernel you can find it here.
