Gingerbread still the dominant OS version with 60%, ICS almost 16%, Jelly Bean close to 1%

Google has announced its current Android distribution chart based on the last 14 days up until August 1st. Gingerbread is still the dominant Android version with a little over 60%, Ice Cream Sanwdich grows slowly and steady reaching almost 16% (all thanks to vendors and carriers laziness), while the latest Android version 4.1 Jelly Bean is almost 1% now.

The Android distribution chart and table is based on the number of Android devices that have accessed Google Play store within the last 14 days ending with August 1st.
