Korean Report Confirms – Samsung Did Produce 350PPi OLED Displays

We have spotted a rumor which suggests that Samsung have achieved something that the world has never seen before just a while ago: making a high-resolution OLED screens with an astonishing pixel density of 350PPi. This has now been confirmed by a report from Korea, which tells us that Samsung have done this in their labs using the Fine Metal Mask technology we have mentioned a week ago. If this statement is true, we will be able to see this technology move from the labs to the current Samsung AMOLED factories in a short period of time. One thing is certain, though: If this screens ever hit the shelves, they will literally blow away the competition, even the iPhone’s current Retina units, which sport a pixel density of 326PPi.
