It has been another week folks, and it’s time for our weekly review, the Week in Review @PocketDroid.

A white Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 was unboxed in South Korea. Here are some of our impressions:

ASUS Padfone received a new update, boasting the Android version to 4.0.4. Here’s what we said about that:

ASUS‘ Padfone was launched a month ago featuring Android.0 right out of the box. That didn’t stop ASUS from bringing another ICSupdate to the fellow users. Although it’s not the much-anticipated Jellybean update the folks are eagerly waiting for, it certainly brings some improvements. Stability fixes, bug fixes…

Motorola Xoom Wi-Fi got its Jellybean update. Here’s a cut from the article:

What Google promises, Google usually delivers. Back in June at Google I/o 2012 the search giant announced its first Android tablet – Nexus 7 that runs the latest version ofAndroid 4.1 Jelly Bean. Google also announced that the first three devices to receive an upgrade to the latest OS sometime in mid-July, would be the GALAXY Nexus, Nexus S and Motorola XOOM tablet. Read more

Google released factory Jellybean images for the Nexus S, Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7. Here’s more on the story:

When a new Android version is released, the first crop of devices that get the update is the Nexus lineup. As of now, every compatible Nexus device has got its Jellybean updatethrough OTA. But, that’s not all Google has to offer. Google has a fashion to release factory images of the updates for the respective devices after they are updated throughOTA, in case users run custom Android builds and want to come back to stock.
