Android 4.0.4 Now released for Samsung Galaxy Note



The long awaited Android Ice Cream Sandwich Version 4.0.4 has started rolling out to the Samsung Galaxy Note. The update is now officially available via Odin for users in Germany.

Samsung Galaxy Note users can still enjoy the features of the Premium Suite which was introduced with the initial Ice Cream Sandwich update. The Premium Suite features an improved version of SMemo and SNote, as well as some additional apps such as My Story.  Unofficial reports confirm that “Popup Play” feature which was initially introduced with Samsung Galaxy SIII is now available on this firmware as well.

The Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4 update contains major improvements to device stability, as well as smoother screen rotation, Better Camera performance and improved phone number recognition over the previous updates.

Information regarding the eMMC brick bug on this release is not confirmed yet, but users are advised to take caution when making a Factory Data wipe over Settings or ClockworkMod.
