LG Optimus LTE 2 gets leaked, real Samsung Galaxy SIII competitor

A few hours after the announce of the Galaxy SIII by the Korean handset manufacturer Samsung, another Korean rival LG quietly pushed out the announcement of their next flagship device the LG Optimus LTE 2 although no pictures were released. Now we have a leaked pic that says it all.

The LG Optimus LTE 2 sports a 2GB RAM (Yes, a 2 “freaking” GB RAM, my computer runs that much!) and also features a wireless charging stand pretty much like the Galaxy SIII. It runs on a Snapdragon S4 processor and a 4.7-inch True HD IPS display. Its running LG’s Android Ice Cream Sandwich and has a 2150 mAh battery inside to give it plenty of juice. Although considering LG’s reputation will they be able to sell this phone efficiently enough ? Would you buy the Optimus LTE 2 over the Samsung Galaxy SIII particularly after the Galaxy SIII’s hefty price ?
