We’ve been hearing word for the past month about HTC Evo One or Jewel if you refer to it with its codename. The phone is actually HTC One XL unit for Sprint. The WiFi carrier is about to announce the availability of this device pretty soon, but until than check out the new photos that our friends at Droid-Life took in a quick hands-on session.
In terms of hardware specifications HTC Evo One features a 4.7-inch screen with a 720p resolution display. It is powered by Qualcomm’s dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor which supports LTE technology and for some worried users this CPU is really, and I mean it really fast.
Additionally Sprint’s Evo One runs on Android 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with HTC Sense 4.0 UI on top of it, it has an 8MP main camera which takes extremely fast snapshots and a 1.3MP camera in front for video calls or chat. Dr Dre’s Beats Audio technology is also on-board of this beast for a truly great sounding experience.
