Samsung sells 5 million GALAXY Note units world wide


Now that Samsung delivered its unique 5.3-inch Android “smartblet” on almost all continents with the addition of North America earlier this year and recently in Australia, the South Korean vendor announces that they have now sold the GALAXY Note in over 5 million units world-wide.

This is now the second biggest mobile product by Samsung after GALAXY S II which already went up to an incredible 30 – 35 million units sold in total.

Furthermore the company announced a LTE variant of the GALAXY Note with an S Pen (stylus) launching on NTT Docomo in Japan, as well as Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich firmware upgrade which most likely will start pushing out next month.
