Sony announces its first Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone – Xperia neo L which is the first to come out of the box with Android 4.0 operating system. The Japanese vendor has plans to upgrade the whole Xperia NXT series announced at MWC 2012 in Barcelona as well as the whole Xperia series from 2011 to the latest OS from Google.
Sony Xperia neo L slated for release on Chinese market has a 4-inch (480x800p) display, powered by Qualcomm’s single-core 1GHz Snapdragon processor and 512MB of RAM.
Additionally Sony MT25i measures in at 12.2mm, has 1GB of built-in memory storage expandable for up to 32GB via a microSD card slot, a 5MP main camera, a 1500mAh battery, surprisingly no support for NFC technology nor the latest “floating touch” innovation by Sony.
