Mysterious quad-core Tegra 3 Sony V150 device shows 59.70 score on Nena

An unknown new Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich running device dubbed Sony V150 popped up in NenaMark1 test results.

What’s interesting about it is that it sports Nvidia’s latest 1.4GHz quad-core Tegra 3 (4-Plus-1) processor the very same chipset found on Asus Transformer Prime TF201 and it also has a resolution display of 1280×800 pixels. We are not certain whether this is a smartphone or a tablet at this point but according to submitter’s name “sony s1” and its pixels resolution hints to a possible second generation Sony Tablet S.

Thats all the information we have right now on this new device. What do you think this is a tablet, a smartphone?
