Weekend is already here and it looks like nobody is really taking a break, specially our tipsters (PocketDroid wants to thank you for that). I guess we wont take a break either.
Monday morning at the annual Mobile World Congress Samsung will announce whats coming in the next 6 months, but before we go there, folks at BestBoyz.de managed to catch on camera Samsung’s latest 10.1-inch Android tablet model number GT-P5100 and a couple of new mysterious Samsung phones. German website refers to the GT-P5100 as the 10.1″ Galaxy Tab 2, the older brother of the 7-inch model already announced by Samsung a while ago.
The GT-P5100 has speaker grills on both sides, runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and it has a similar design with the Galaxy Tab 10.1N (model GT-P7511) launched after Samsung lost a patent lawsuit against Apple in Germany. That’s all there is so far in terms of hardware specs about this new tablet.
More details are still to come during Samsung’s official on-stage presentation at MWC 2012 in Barcelona next week. Stay tuned to PocketDroid for details.
Meanwhile how about giving us a hand to identify those two mysterious Samsung smartphones pictured above.
Update: Mystery solved both device are the newest Samsung Beam smartphone projectors that has a 4.0-inch WVGA TFT (480x800p) display, a 1GHz dual-core processor, and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
