As the first Acer smartphone to feature AcerCloud technology and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS — CloudMobile made a stop in Italy this week at the Fashion show held in Milan from where it “waved at us” one more time before heading to Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain bringing along its little brother the 3.7-inch Liquid Glow announced earlier today.
Looks like Italians were in for a treat as most tech media had a chance to get a quick hands-on with the upcoming handset ahead of next week’s official unveil at MWC.
Acer CloudMobile has a 4.3-inch display, powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, it has an 8-megapixels rear-facing camera, Dolby sound system, WiFi, Bluetooth, HSPA, NFC support and it runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
CloudMobile is extremely thin (around 8 – 9mm) and as we can see from these newly leaked images it has nicely rounded edges and smooth lines. The phone will be available somewhere in the third quarter of 2012.
