LG Mobile launches Optimus L Android smartphone series teased since last week through their official Facebook page.
Today the company officially announced the new Optimus L series introducing three new Android handsets from low to mid and high-end range. The whole L series will feature a ultra-thin, square metallic design with a leather-like textured panel on the back.
LG Optimus L7 sports a 4.3-inch touchscreen display and runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, while LG Optimus L5 has a 4-inch display and the same ICS OS. Both smartphones are expected to hit the shelves in Europe by the end of the 2nd quarter.
The third device Optimus L3 is an entry-level device with a 3.2-inch display and runs Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. L3 should be available in Europe early next month.
