Samsung received a green light this morning from Dusseldorf Regional German court to sell its Galaxy Tab 10.1N in the country.
The court concluded that the N variant (GT-P7501) differs from the original Galaxy Tab 10.1″ and more importantly differ in looks from the Apple Ipad giving Samsung the go ahead to sell it in Germany.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1N now sufficiently differs from the form Apple has registered as a design right. You can no longer talk of a quasi-identical copy.
Now with the courts approval Samsung might start selling the Android tablet as early as next week..
