Samsung GALAXY S III (GT-i9500) renders show up in Russia?

Looks like we have something really interesting just in time for Christmas, we do not have confirmation that the leaked renders and the hardware specs are accurate or real but its something.

First time we’ve heard rumors about a third Samsung GALAXY S device was back in September, when we’ve learned about an impressive sheet of specs that might come with the SGS III smartphone next year (2012) and the second time back in October when we kind of received confirmation about those specs of the next flagship GALAXY S handset and a glimpse on how the device could look like.

According to Concept-Phones a russian Samsung employee or at least someone close to the company in Moscow, Russia by his name Ivan Ilchenko posted the photo’s on the official Samsung page on the Russian social network Vkontakte.

The new SGS III  super smartphone model apparently called Samsung GT-I9500 Universal runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich  OS boasting a 5-inch Super AMOLED HD capacitive touch screen with a 1280x720pixel resolution, powered by a Quad-core 1.5GHz Exynos 4412 CPU and TouchWiz UI 5.0 on top of the ICS OS.

Samsung Galaxy S III is 9mm thick, with a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera with Xenon LED flash and a 2-megapixel camera in front. The smartphone comes in to variants, a 32 GB and a 64GB of internal memory plus a microSD card slot (a slot of which I don’t see the point since it has so much space).

In other features the phone seems to include a stylus (odd), 4G LTE on-board, NFC technology, USB 3.0 and a metallic case (Samsung never used such cases). Sounds more like a melt between a SGS II and a GALAXY Note. I would like to hear some thoughts on this renders !
