LG Electronics invites the press to a launch event on December 1st in New York


LG Electronics announces a “mysterious” event taking place on December the 1st in New York City, a reason for the company to send out invites to all media.

Although LG tried to hide as much as possible the occasion of the event, they forgot to rename the image file which was sent along with the invitation revealing LG Nitro HD Android smartphone bound to AT&T carrier (LG Nitro HD =  LG Optimus LTE US variant).

LG Nitro HD for AT&T feature a 4.5-inch True HD IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixel (16:9 ratio) resolution display, powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, runs on the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The super smartphone also has a 1,830 mAh battery, an 8MP camera on the back and everything else that comes with all Android devices WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, HDMI and DLNA.
