Lenovo prepares a new gadget for early next year if not by the end of 2011. Pictures with the 5.0-inch Android tablet powered by a dual-core processor (we have no information which chipset it is) was to Engadget by an anonymous tipster.
Apparently the tablet will hit shelves as “IdeaTab” by Lenovo, so that customers can distinguish it from the IdeaPad (laptop line). Other features are the HDMI, USB ports, dual-cameras (no information here either) and 3 capacitive buttons at the bottom. Like all smaller tablets this one is also a portrait device not like the 10.1″ slates designed in landscape.
We will keep you posted with more details about IdeaTab as soon as we hear anything new.
