The first quad-core Android smartphone from HTC called Edge?

What you see in the screenshot above, according to PocketNow is the HTC Edge Android smartphone the worlds first of its kind with a quad-core processor.

HTC Edged will boast a 4.7-inch touchscreen display, a 1.5GHz NVIDIA quad-core (Kal-El) processor, an 8-megapixel camera on the back and likely a 2MP front-facing camera for video calls and chat. Other enhancements that might feature Edge are the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, 32GB built-in memory storage, WiFi and LTE technology on-board. Probably Beats Audio technology wont be missing from this device and Bluetooth 4.0. According to the same source the smartphone is a little over 10mm thick weighting over 150 grams.

We should expect HTC Edge to arrive in late of the first quarter  of 2012 or somewhere in the 2nd quarter.
