Motorola Droid RAZR HD specifications surfaced unveiling 1.2GHz dual-core CPU & kevlar case?

Monday morning Motorola Mobility started sending out invites and also launched a teaser on Youtube announcing a mysterious event scheduled for October 18 held together with Verizon Wireless.

In expectation of Motorola Droid RAZR HD (pictures leaked here) official launch next week, we’ve got some specifications outed today. From the looks of these hardware specs it can easily beat IPhone 4S and Galaxy S II (already beaten by iPhone 4S according to some benchmark posted online).

Motorola Droid RAZR HD specs:

  • 1GB of RAM — double the iPhone 4 and 4S
  • 1.2GHz dual-core processor
  • 4G LTE (thinnest LTE phone to date)
  • 4.3-inch touchscreen display (almost 1-inch bigger then IPhone 4S 3.5-inch)

If this is not enough for you, the Android smartphone is rumored to bring a Gorilla Glass display and a thin Kevlar case with anti-splash coating. Looks like Motorola fans are in for a treat in less than 5 days from now.
