HTC Sensation XL with Beats Audio officially launched (former Runnymede)

Two weeks ago HTC Runnymede appeared in a video footage on Youtube for the first time. Today we see it officially launched as HTC Sensation XL with Beats Audio from Dr Dre in London, UK.

While the specification of the phone are not that impressive except the 8-megapixels camera and the extra-large 4.7-inch touchscreen display, HTC Sensation XL comes with a beautiful shell case like the one packed on HTC Flyer and with an improved audio technology from Dr Dre’s Beats Audio. Another important features is in the software side where the Taiwanese manufacturer added its latest custom-made UI Sense v3.5 making the device very smooth despite the fact that it is powered by a 1.5GHz single-core processor.

Sensation XL (not to be confused with Sensation XE) runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and has a Super LCD display that packs 480x800p resolution.
