Google Docs updated for a better experience on Honeycomb tablets

Google Docs Android app launched a few months ago now receives a new update bringing a brand new design for a better experience on any Android 3.0+ Honeycomb tablet.

Along with its new design looks, Google Docs comes with a three-panel view layout, which allows you to navigate through filters and collections, view your document list, and see document details, all at once. The details panel on the right-side, offers you the possibility to preview  a thumbnail of the actual document and its details before opening it. From the panel, you can see who can view or edit any document. The app is also translated in 46 languages.

  2. New 3-panel interface for improved browsing
  3. Details panel showing a thumbnail and sharing information
  4. Improved sharing experience with auto-complete system
