Toshiba officially introduced this morning at the CEATEC (Cutting-Edge IT & Electronics Comprehensive Exhibition) in Chiba City, suburban Tokyo its latest addition in tablets.
Toshiba REGZA AT700 Android tablet is the world’s lightest and slimmest 10.1-inch tablet PC, which is 7.7mm thick and weighs only 558 grams. AT700 is powered by Google’s Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system while on the hardware side comes equipped with a Texas Instruments OMAP4430 dual-core processor, 32GB built-in memory storage, 1GB of RAM, two cameras (2MP front and 5MP on the back), microUSB port, a card reader and a micro HDMI port for connecting the tablet to an external monitor or TV.

REGZA AT3S0 is the little brother with its 7-inch LCD display runs the same operating system as the 10.1-inch tablet 3.2 Honeycomb. The 7-incher features a NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core 1GHz processor with the same resolution and same camera specs, with 189mm x 128mm x 12.1mm dimension and it weighs only 379 grams.
