AT&T offers 3.8″ budget phone with HD video recording capabilities

A lot of peeps can’t really afford a high-end Android smartphone, that’s why AT&T brings  Huawei Impulse 4G, a mid-range device for those that don’t want to break the bank.

Huawei Impulse 4G from AT&T features a 3.8-inch touchscreen and the ability to record HD video with a 5MP camera with auto-focus, flash, and 720p HD video recording capabilities, GPS, WiFi. All these specs runs on Android 2.2 Froyo, I know everyone wants Gingerbread nowadays, but this handset offers a reasonable screen display and hardware for $30 on a two-year contract.

The Impulse makes it possible to surf the web, watch videos, check emails and stay engaged with social media from a phone at an affordable price and its 4G smartphone (at least thats what they say).
