Fujitsu & NTT Docomo prepps an Android 10.1″ tablet this fall

There’s a lot of rumor circling of a new 10.1-inch tablet from Fujitsu set for launch this fall in Japan via NTT Docomo carrier.

Codenamed F-o1D LTE ( F=Fujitsu 01D= first LTE tablet on Docomo), the slate could feature a 10.1-inches WXGA display, 1280×800 pixel resolution, TI OMAP4430 1GHz dual-core processor with Android 3.1 Honeycomb out of the box, 1GB of RAM, serves 16GB of internal storage. The tablet is likely to have LTE connectivity, along with GSM and GPRS compatibility, yes SIM supported (miniUIM micro SIM rather).

According to Engadget’s source, Fujitsu F-01D comes with a waterproof case and it has a name “Arrow Tab”, which sounds like a name for a traffic sign, rather than a name of an electronic device. Anyways until more information pops-up we’ll take it as it is, a rumor.

Update: according to a leaked roadmap document we have a launch date, September 30.
