Samsung Is Making A Class 10 microSD Card Using 20nm Class NAND Flash Chips

Samsung is on its way to make a class 10 microSD card, as consumers are eagger for a sdcard that actualy has a fast transfer rate.

This card will use 20nm class NAND flash chips and it will have a 32GB capacity, offering high-read speeds of up to 24MB/s and write speeds of up to 12MB/s. This is more than twice the write speed of a class 4 sdcard.

Samsung said, “The new 32GB memory card incorporates 32Gb 3-bit NAND flash memory chips and a proprietary 3-bit NAND controller to deliver the high performance.”
