Acer Works on a Sliding Tablet For The End of 2011


Sources whispering, saying Acer is getting ready to ship in the last Quarter of 2011 a new 10.1-inch slide tablet.

The new tablet will be equipped with an ARM-based cpu and it will be manufactured by Compal Electronics, which declined any comments, said the same sources. This is supposed to be a response to Asus EeePad Transformer and Fujitsu’s slide tablet running Windows.

Right now there are no official statements about his subject, but we will get back with more as soon as we learn something new.
