For the last couple of months Toshiba is on a software update rolling spree involving all its REGZA tablets. Today the Japan-based OEM has begun pushing out Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich firmware upgrade to REGZA tablet model AT700/35D released in December 2011 and AT700/46F.


The software push upgrades AT700/35D from Honeycomb 3.2.1 OS to Android 4.0.3 ICS, while for the AT700/46F is only a minor update because it already got Android 4.0 in mid-May. The new build after successfully updated your tab will be build  version 4.0.3.02.5.0003.
