T-Mobile US dropped a word on the release date of the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G, and it turns out to be September 19th. The smartphone will be available for $150 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a Classic voice data plan, or for $100 with Value plan with $20 monthly payment.
