Last week the very first details about an unannounced Sony Xperia Tablet Z leaked out revealing a 0.1 inch Full HD display, powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor with 2GB of RAM and Android 4.1.2 JellyBean operating system.
This morning new details emerged from China, where a Weibo user shared a real image showing the Xperia Tablet Z in its full glory as well as a short 34 seconds Youtube video demoing the tablet Launcher in a dark environment. We’ve also received a press image with the actual tablet which pretty much confirms this device.

According to a report, Xperia Tablet Z weighting in at 495 grams will be extremely thin at 6.9 mm and it is water resistant. In terms of availability a Sony spokeperson revealed to the same publication that it will hit the shelves after Mobile World Congress (March, end of Q1).
