As of today Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich firmware upgrade for Sony Tablet S is available in Canada. The software update is pushing out to tablets over the air just as soon as you connect yours to the WiFi.
If you do not receive the upgrade notification you can manually check by following Sony support tutorial
