Sony launches a new Walkman series F800, a device which is web-ready, runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on a 8.9cm/3.5 inch multi-touch LCD display, and it has Sony S-Master MX Digital Amplifier for a perfect sound.
The F800 Series lets you enjoy a generous range of pre-installed Android apps, from email to maps and media gallery. Access to Google Play store for downloading your favorite apps via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity.
The Walkman F800 has a built-in xLOUD® speaker system giving you the possibility to share your sounds out loud, comes in three variants of storage: NWZ-F804 with 8GB storage, NWZ-F805 with 16GB storage and NWZ-F806 with 32GB of storage. The Walkman F800 plays the following file formats: Audio - MP3;WMA (Non-DRM); AAC―LC (Non-DRM); HE-AAC; Linear PCM; FLAC and Video - MPEG4; AVC(H.264/AVC); WMV9 (Non-DRM). It gives the user about 20 hours of audio playback time or 4.5 video playback time.
For a full recharge via USB Walkman F800 series battery takes up to 4 hours to charge.
