Samsung Mobile Display plans to produce a 4.5-inch Super-Amoled-HD Display with 1280×720 pixels and to reach this goal Samsung must switch back to the RGBG Pentile technology.
The Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) association are confident, they will likely introduce RGB stripe versions just as they did with the Galaxy S to Galaxy S Plus –> Super-Amoled-HD-Plus.
Whats really interesting is the code name for the first product with Super-Amoled-HD (Pentile) is Galaxy S Celox. We also found out that Samsung plans to show the next generation Galaxy Tab with a 7-inch Super-Amoled at the IFA 2011 event, held in Berlin, Germany. The Galaxy Tab P6200 should have a 1024x600px resolution display.
Curiously, a report mentions the “>Samsung I9220 with a 5.3″ screen – which is the exact same hybrid model we wrote about couple of months ago.
