Last month Samsung US sent out to everyone in the media email invites tipping to “Save the Date (August 15),” a date where the giant vendor will unveil a new GALAXY device. By now everyone knows that Samsung is about to unveil the 10.1 GALAXY Note phablet which showed up in a leaked TV comercial that was using “Note, the new way!” slogan.
Today Samsung begin sending out a new set of invitations to the members of the press to the August 15 event which will take place in New York. The invite slogan “Meet the new way” tips to what we’ve all been speculating about for the last couple of weeks. The render image on the invite also hints to the 10.1″ phablet announcement showing even an S Pen (stylus) slot on the left side (see image below).
We are expecting a bumped 1.5GHz Exynos quad-core processor on the 10.1″ GALAXY Note hybrid with 2GB of RAM to match the South Korean variant unboxed late last month in Asia.
The other day Samsung Electronics also sent out invites to European media for a Samsung Mobile Unpacked (5.5 GALAXY Note launch) event taking place before the IFA trade show, on August 29 in Berlin.
