Panasonic ELUGA hits Europe early, Germany is the first country to sell the device at about €399 to €419 depending on the retailer. Expansys UK says it’s available on pre-orders for £364.99 but its due to start shipping on April 24th, while Handtec doesn’t have an exact date but it points to May.
