Norwegian’s owning a Samsung Galaxy SII or Galaxy Note will be among the first people  to receive a software update with the latest Android 4.0 ICS OS. The announcement was made by Samsung Norway via Facebook official page.

Samsung Norway says that the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich firmware upgrade starts rolling before the end of the first quarter.
