Jellybean nexus Nexus S receives OTA Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean world wide

Google promised that by mid-July GALAXY Nexus, Nexus S and Motorola Xoom will see an upgrade to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean the latest OS.

So far everything is on schedule, GALAXY Nexus GSM variants already received its upgrade, the Nexus S (I9023) firmware upgrade build JRO03E is deploying right now, apparently world-wide. We received users confirmation even from Eastern Europe and there’s one more device to go the Motorola XOOM, which we expect to receive the same treatment by the end of this month.

Get your Xoom tablets ready people, because you are in for a real treat. The new OS from Google is really fast and looking better than ever.
