A few weeks earlier HTC began seeding ICS update to EVO 3D users, and as everybody knows, the manufacturer is obligated to release the kenel source they used in the update in 9 weeks, in order to comply with the GPL. HTC are known for releasing their sources on time, and they just proved that with the release of the ICS kernel sources for the HTC EVO 3D (only GSM for now).
