ST-Ericsson have confirmed that Galaxy Beam and will be powered by the NovaThor U8500 processors. The devices that were announced a while back were already listed to have a dual-core processor but the company manufacturing the processor was still anonymous.
The Galaxy Beam has a 1 GHz dual-core processor while the Galaxy Ace 2 is powered by a 800 Mhz dual-core CPU. Samsung has used NovaThor platform in total of three devices, which also includes Galaxy S Advance.
